Transport Coordinator, Manila

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our logistics flow. Youll bridge the gap between customers and drivers, ensuring every shipment is tracked, documented, and delivered on time while maintaining strict cost controls.

• Dispatch & Booking: Assign trips to drivers and sub-con partners based on daily schedules and customer needs.
• Real-Time Tracking: Monitor fleet movement via GPS and provide proactive status updates to account handlers.
• Documentation: Generate shipment reference numbers and ensure all Proof of Delivery (POD) and billing documents are collected promptly.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain SOP compliance, monitor trip expenses, and ensure all vehicles are road-ready before dispatch.

• Transport Mastery: Proven experience in route planning, scheduling, and optimizing deliveries.
• Communication: Ability to clearly coordinate between high-stakes customers and on-the-ground drivers.
• Detail-Oriented: A hawk-eye for cost control and meticulous record-keeping for billing purposes.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage drivers, helpers, and third-party partners (Sub-cons).
