Description
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, sourcing, hiring, and creating onboarding plans for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee complaints, manage grievances, facilitate conflict resolution, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Compensation & Benefits: Support benefits administration, enrollment, and may assist with payroll and salary processing.
- Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews and appraisals, and support development initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, ensuring adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee files, update HRIS/databases, prepare documents (offer letters, slips), and generate reports.
- Employee Engagement: Organize activities, promote company culture, and improve morale and productivity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with HRIS/ATS and data management.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
