Selling Area

  • Rings the bell to attract customers.
  • Be pleasant and friendly to customers.
  • Always offers good customer service with pleasant greetings.
  • Arranging cups that will be used in serving the ice cream.
  • Always wear gloves, hairnet, and spit guard whenever in selling area.
  • Never leave the area without any authorized personnel.

Display In Selling Area At Warehouse

  • Ensures that signage is properly displayed and can easily be seen.
  • Ensures that menu board is in an eye-catching position.
  • Maintains the cleanliness and orderliness of utensils in the selling area and warehouse.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the machine inside and out.

Inventory

  • Text the daily sales report to the area coordinator.
  • Everyday update inventory report and monitor supplies.
  • Keep equipment and utensils in good condition.
  • Prepares report of the following:
  • Left-over ice cream in the machine.
  • Powder used on the day.
  • Water used. Should order from water supplier at re-order point which is 4 gallons.
  • Sales for the day.

Purchase Order (P.O.)

  • When ordering, do not forget to text orders to the coordinator one day before the delivery date.
  • Follow the delivery schedule.
  • Ensures that stocks are regularly replenished in the right quantity and never run out of stock.

Delivery

  • Assist the delivery at once when it arrives.
  • Never let the delivery stay long in the dispatching area of the mall.
  • Ensures the quantity of the goods delivered are correct and there are no damaged goods.
  • Properly arrange the goods in the warehouse according to the first-in, first-out retrieval of goods.

Cash Management

  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Process various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
  • Accurately count and provide change to customers.
  • Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are reported immediately.
  • Maintain the security of cash and other financial assets within the register and store.
  • Follow established procedures for cash drops and safe management.
  • Handle refunds, voids, and discounts in accordance with company policy.
  • Assist with daily cash reconciliation reports and prepare deposits as needed.
