Construction Manager, Manila

Job Summary:

The Project and Construction Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project management, including planning, scheduling, cost monitoring, contractor coordination, site supervision, documentation, and turnover. The position will also play a critical role in standardizing construction processes, managing variation orders, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring alignment between design, operations, procurement, and finance.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in project and construction management
• Proven experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong background in cost control, scheduling, and contractor management
• Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in retail, commercial, or multi-site construction is an advantage
• Ability to prepare and evaluate BOQs, project timelines, and progress reports
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
• Willingness to conduct frequent site visits and manage field operations
