- Bachelors degree preferred; equivalent work experience accepted.
- 12 years of pure insurance experience (billing, account management, or policy servicing).
- Minimum 23 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in leadership role/supervisory
- Onsite Nightshift
- Oversee daily operations of the insurance account team ensuring efficient workflow.
- Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
