JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications and Standards

> College degree preferred in business, finance, accounting or a related field

> With basic accounting knowledge

> With 2 years experience in Restaurant management

> Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

> Strong communication , problem solving and decision making skills to effectively resolve customer and employee issues.

> Results driven and customer focused

> Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations

> Ability to use the Internet, Out look, Word processing and Spreadsheet software and position specific software required

Duties and Responsibilities

> Create a culture of training and development.

> Lead by example as a proactive team player.

> Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the banks objectives

> Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately

> Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities

> Maintain, manage and monitor all customer related operational issues.

> Facilitate regular team meetings focused on sales, service and product training

> Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customers experience
