- Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field.

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not required.

Experience:

  • At least 35 years of solid experience in accounting or finance.
  • With supervisory or leadership experience handling a team of accounting staff.
  • Experienced in general accounting, financial statement preparation, and government compliance.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP).
  • Proficient in accounting systems (Acumatica, ERP or similar software).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reports.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Trustworthy and highly responsible, with integrity in handling confidential data.
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Team-oriented and able to coordinate with other departments.
  • Willing to work extended hours when necessary.
