Description
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, Business Management, or any equivalent
  • At least 3 years of managerial level working experience handling payroll, compensation and benefits
  • Knowledgeable in SAP or other payroll system
  • Able to oversee the overall Compensation & Benefits operations
  • With expertise in compensation and benefits strategies, policies, and programs
  • Willing to work onsite in Tondo Office from Monday-Friday


Role Purpose

The Compensation and Benefits Manager designs, implements, and manages equitable, competitive, and compliant total rewards programs that support talent attraction, retention, and business performance. The role requires strong analytical capability, sound judgment, and collaboration with leadership to balance cost, competitiveness, and employee value.

  • Designs and maintains salary grades, ranges, and job levels.
  • Reviews role changes and reclassification requests objectively and consistently.

3. Benefits Design & Administration

Definition: Manages employee benefits programs to deliver value, compliance, and cost efficiency.

  • Designs and reviews benefits offerings (HMO, insurance, statutory, wellness) based on employee needs.
  • Oversees accurate and timely benefits administration and enrollment.
  • Evaluates vendor performance and benefit utilization trends.
  • Balances employee experience with financial sustainability.
4. Compliance & Risk Management

Definition: Ensures adherence to labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards.

Definition: Partners with leaders, HR, and Finance to deliver effective rewards solutions.
