Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare work orders and maintain accurate service records
  • Provide cost estimates and explain billing to customers
  • Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently


Qualifications:

  • College graduate (preferably in Automotive, Business, or related fields)
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, team-oriented, and able to work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills for documentation
