Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the team in achieving sales and operational targets. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and committed to maintaining high standards in food quality, service, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food safety standards
• Monitor inventory, food cost, labor cost, and sales performance
• Handle customer concerns and ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare reports related to sales, manpower, and operations
• Implement company programs, promotions, and initiatives
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the restaurant

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
• At least 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant or Supervisor
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Knowledgeable in food safety, labor standards, and inventory control
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
