JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Recruitment & Hiring: interviewing applicants and recommendations.
- Onboarding & Training: conduct employee orientation, coordinating training, and supporting new hire integration.
- Compensation & Benefits: managing head office timekeeping and payroll, benefits monitoring, and advising on pay structures.
- Employee Relations: handling grievances, conflicts, disciplinary actions, and promoting a positive culture.
- Performance Management: administer head office performance review and monitor field personnel performance review through operations team, coaching, and development planning.
- Policy & Compliance: developing and enforcing hr policies, ensuring adherence to employment laws, and maintaining records.
- Health & Safety: overseeing workplace safety and compliance with health regulations.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Integrity, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be a graduate of BSBA major in Human Resource Development Management, Operations Management, Psychology or any related course.
- Must have a thorough and a well experienced Human Resource personnel managing facets of HR: Recruitment/Employee Relation/Training & Development.
- Must have a thorough and a well experienced Operations Officer.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience as HR OFFICER is required for this position.
- Has the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- Confident and with strong leadership skills.
- Can handle and lead a team with confidence.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Can work Monday to Saturday schedule (half-day)
- Can start immediately once hired.
- Background in Manpower Company is an advantage (Janitorial/Housekeeping/Manpower) but not a requirement.

- Preferably within Manila or as long as strategically possible for the applicant
