Service Technician, Manila

We are hiring a Service & Maintenance Technician responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of vending machines. This role ensures machines are always operational, clean, and properly monitored through the system while responding to service requests on time.

Machine Maintenance

• Perform regular maintenance and basic troubleshooting of vending machines
• Identify issues and report major concerns to the Service Manager
• Ensure machines are clean, presentable, and in good working condition
• Maintain sufficient spare parts and tools in the service vehicle

System Updates & Monitoring

• Update machine status and service records using the online system
• Monitor machines remotely and perform basic fixes when possible

Service Request Monitoring

• Track and complete service requests based on urgency
• Follow service timelines:Minor repairs: within 24 hours
• Major repairs: up to 30 days (subject to parts availability)

Documentation

• Prepare maintenance reports, repair estimates, and service logs
• Maintain daily records of machines serviced and scheduled maintenance

Operations Support

• Cover shifts and assist with assigned tasks when needed
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Qualifications

• Vocational graduate / TESDA certification or equivalent experience
• Experience in machine maintenance, electrical, or mechanical work
• Basic troubleshooting skills
• Willing to do field work and flexible schedules
• Can use mobile or online reporting systems
• With drivers license (advantage)
