About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Morning Loading & Delivery Support

• Assist with morning truck loading activities.
• Address any concerns related to delivery trucks.
• Retrieve borrowed drivers PPEs.

Driver Monitoring & Route Management

• Provide daily updates on drivers GPS status via Messenger.
• Submit daily Driver Monitoring Reports.
• Maintain a summary of trucks scheduled for unloading.
• Counter-check and monitor delivery routes.
• Coordinate with Sales Agents to resolve delivery delays and avoid rescheduling.
• Ensure proper coordination of trucks assigned for pick-ups at SGC V. Mapa Warehouse (including schedule and time of pick-up).
