Urgent Hiring: CSR Non- Voice for Project base-3 months

Qualification:

• With our without experience needed.
• Shifting schedule.
• Available for ASAP to join training.
• Willing to be assign in Makati or Binondo site.

BASIC FUNCTIONS

Responsible for supporting the Team Leader in terms of coaching, supervising, and monitoring team members performance. Collaborate and provide support to the team members to attain the set target aligned with the clients required service level. 

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Facilitates Paylink Queue as needed and instructed by Supervisor
2. Facilitates Members Availment
3. Screens and assess coverage or non coverage of availment (for readily-coverage or non-
4. coverage cases.)
5. Grants coverage based on the set approval limits per member according to members benefit
6. Ensure proper implementation of the set Medical availment guidelines.
7. Issues system-generated Letter of Authorization (LOA) for the corresponding types.
8. Escalates granting of approval beyond authorized limit
9. Close hand and hand working relationship with its supervisor to ensure all first level of escalation is attended
10. Coordinates with other Maxicare units/departments, providers for pertinent assistance or concerns.
11. Prepares and submits report as required by the team leader.
12. Ensure compliance to Key Result Areas (KRA) targets set by management.
13. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
