Events & Partnerships Assistant (Automotive Industry), Manila

The Events & Partnerships Assistant plays a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing events, sponsorships, and partnership initiatives within the automotive sector. This position contributes to enhancing brand visibility, engaging customers, and strengthening relationships with partners, dealerships, and clients through impactful brand experiences and collaborations.

• Support the planning and execution of brand activations, test-drive events, vehicle launches, auto shows, customer engagement activities, and dealer events.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, setup, catering, displays, transportation, and promotional materials.
• Assist with event budgeting, supplier quotations, and post-event expense reconciliation.
• Manage guest lists, registrations, invitations, and follow-up communications.
• Ensure all event branding aligns with corporate identity and marketing standards.
• Support photography, videography, and the preparation of post-event reports for internal and external use.

• Assist in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with lifestyle brands, corporate clients, sports organizations, and media partners.
• Coordinate partnership deliverables such as branding placements, product displays, giveaways, and co-branded assets.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance and return on investment.
• Research and identify new partnership opportunities that align with brand values, positioning, and target audiences.

• Assist in producing marketing materials, including brochures, invitations, banners, and digital content, in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
• Maintain accurate and organized databases of partners, event suppliers, and sponsorship contacts.
• Prepare regular reports covering event outcomes, attendance, and media exposure.
• Provide support for broader marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns and dealer marketing activities, as required.
