Data Analytics Technical Support Representative

Qualifications

• Core Experience: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or reporting, with at least 3 years in a technical troubleshooting or support role.
• SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL skills are essential for querying, transforming, and analyzing complex datasets.
• Data Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and exposure to Big Data technologies like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or Hive.
• Cloud Analytics: Familiarity with cloud-based data services (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and data warehousing concepts.
• Visualization: Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports using tools like Looker, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Infrastructure & Tools: Understanding of computer fundamentals (virtualization, containers), ETL processes, and version control using Git.
• Desired Certification: Google Associate Cloud Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex data-related issues, including query optimization and data pipeline failures.
• Data Modeling & Analysis: Use SQL to manipulate datasets, build data models, and extract actionable insights for clients.
• Visualization Support: Develop and maintain compelling data visualizations and dashboards to help stakeholders interpret complex information.
• End-to-End Support: Manage the full support case lifecycle, providing expert guidance on data analytics platforms and cloud-native services.
• Infrastructure Collaboration: Work across teams to support compute and storage environments that house critical data assets.
