Store Opening Specialist, Manila

Description

Assist in the assembly and placement of fixtures, shelving, and visual elements according to the approved planograms and layout (Fixture Installation)
Execute the rapid unpacking, sorting, tagging, and organizing of all initial inventory/stock, ensuring a perfect count and placement (Stock Processing/Kamada)
Execute the final Store Visual setup, including product display, signage placement, and ensure lighting and cleanliness standards are met for a premium customer experience.
During the Soft and Grand Opening periods, actively participate on the floor to welcome customers, promote products, and drive Sales Boost through superior product knowledge and service (Customer Engagement)
Assist the store team with selling, operating the POS system, cashiering support, and managing the initial flow of customers and transactions (Sales Execution)
Execute all tasks delegated by the Store Opening Lead (SOL) efficiently and accurately
Identify and report any issues, damages, or discrepancies (e.g., damaged stock, non-functioning fixtures) to the SOM immediately
Ensure the back-of-house and sales floor are clean, safe, and fully stocked for the opening.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience Level: At least 1-2 years in a retail management role.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in inventory management software.
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills and customer-focused.
