Replenishment and Inventory Control Specialist, Manila

Description

Monitor daily inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
Analyze sales data, forecasts, and consumption trends to determine optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and warehouse teams for timely delivery of items.
Prepare and update inventory reports, stock movement, and discrepancies.
Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in physical inventory activities.
Investigate and resolve inventory variances or issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Odoo system.
Ensure proper documentation of transfers, returns, and adjustments.
Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and critical items and provide recommendations.
Support the merchandising and operations team in ensuring product availability in stores.
Implement and follow inventory control policies and procedures.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
Experience Level: 13 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role
Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively
