The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, developing strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through effective selling strategies. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing accounts, and representing the companys products or services professionally.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel if required
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to prospective and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Conduct product presentations and client meetings
- Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
