Duties and Responsibilities

- Execute the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles, ensuring all positions are filled within agreed timelines

- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments, endorsing qualified candidates to the HR Supervisor for 2nd-level interview

- Coordinate interviews and provide clear, timely updates to Department Heads and the General Manager

- Prepare job offers and onboarding documentation with 100% compliance to company policies

- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate pipelines, and reports with accuracy and completeness


Job Specifications

- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources,Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

- Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills

- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process compliance

- Professional judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality
