Project Supervisor, Manila

Job Qualifications:

1. Strong leadership skills

2. Technical background in Engineering or Architecture

3. Experience in managing:

* Budgets

* Project schedules and time management (strict compliance with project turnover)

* Safety and quality standards

* Project teams

4. Must hold a Bachelors Degree in any of the following:

* BS Architecture

* BS Civil Engineering

* BS Electrical Engineering

5. With at least 1 year of relevant work experience; however, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

6. Excellent communication skills; able to effectively coordinate with:

* Clients

* Mall or private property management

* Engineering teams

* Government and building officials

* Suppliers and contractors

7. Willing to be deployed within Metro Manila and outside Metro Manila, including:

* Cavite, Laguna

* Batangas, Rizal, Bulacan

* Pampanga, Nueva Ecija

8. Trustworthy and with good moral character

9. PRC-registered license is an advantage

10. Knowledge of the following software is a plus:

* SketchUp

* 3Ds Max

* AutoCAD

* Documentation-related software

* Primavera (for estimates and project projections)

* Assist in managing construction projects from start to completion

* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and site progress

* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

* Coordinate with clients, site teams, suppliers, and government offices

* Prepare and manage project documents and reports

* Support project turnover and milestone completion
