HR Officer/HR Generalist, Manila

COTE Events Management is looking for a Human Resources Officer to manage day-to-day HR operations and support our growing team of office staff, coordinators, and event personnel. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for full-time, project-based, and event staff
• Coordinate onboarding, contracts, and employee records
• Manage employee relations, attendance, and leave monitoring
• Assist in payroll processing and government benefits coordination
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Support performance evaluation and disciplinary procedures
• Help maintain a positive and professional work culture

• Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 23 years of HR experience (events or hospitality industry is a plus)
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Willing to work flexible hours when needed
