Production Team Leader, Manila

As Production Team Lead, it is important that you share our core values, physically fit, able to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision. 

Job Overview:

You will be knowledgeable and understand the process of manufacturing the largest distributor of desserts and tropical fruit preserve.

Job Objectives:

• To help the team achieve product quality standards.
• To meet and maintain production quota on time.
• To delegate tasks to team members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Moves and lifts raw materials from storage to the production area.
• Feeds raw materials and operates production machines.
• Sorts of raw materials and assembles products for dispatch.
• Facilitate plotting of manpower schedule.
• Conducts inventory counting and reporting.
•  Adhere to quality and safety standards.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and healthy working environment for the team.

Job Specifications:

• At least High School Graduate.
• Must have related experience.
• Willing to work during weekends, holidays and in shifting schedule.
• Willing to work in Balut, Tondo Manila.
