Key Responsibilities
- Communication: Answering phones, greeting visitors, handling correspondence (emails, memos, letters).
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, booking meetings, arranging travel, coordinating events/teams.
- Document Management: Preparing, editing, and organizing documents, reports, and presentations; maintaining physical and electronic files.
- Office Operations: Ordering supplies, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, handling mail/deliveries.
- Financial Tasks: Processing expense reports, basic bookkeeping, tracking expenditures, managing invoices.
- Support & Data: Performing data entry, updating databases, assisting managers/staff, handling confidential information.

- Drafting and editing letters, memos, and reports.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Maintaining databases and filing systems.
- Arranging staff meetings and preparing agendas.
