Facilities Engineer, Manila

Job Responsibilities:

-Oversee the management and maintenance of buildings

-Coordinate inspections, investigations, and maintenance activities with technicians

-Prepare and compile reports related to building operations

-Communicate with workers and subcontractors regarding building improvements and new developments

-Handle safety and security systems

-Respond to job requests and emergency situations as needed

-Read, interpret, and draw basic building plans and designs

Qualifications:

-Graduate or undergraduate of any Engineering course or Architecture

-At least one (1) year of relevant experience in building maintenance operations or management

-Proficient in reading and interpreting plans

-Able to draw plans

• -Proficient in using CAD and AutoCAD
