We are looking for a seasoned HR professional to support a large international conglomerate as they set up large-scale operations in the Philippines. This is a high-growth role for an HRBP who excels at building organizational structures from the ground up.

As a strategic partner to the leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives while ensuring full compliance with local labor standards during this critical expansion phase.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that support large-scale operational setup.

Talent Acquisition: Lead end-to-end recruitment and headcount planning to meet aggressive growth targets.

Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR policies, contracts, and practices are strictly aligned with Philippines Labor Laws (DOLE).

Policy Development: Create and localize HR handbooks, compensation structures, and benefit programs for the new workforce.

Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives to build a high-performance culture and maintain high employee retention during the ramp-up.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 610 years of experience as an HRBP within reputed organizations in the Philippines.
• Deep expertise in Philippines Labor Law and local HR best practices.
• Proven track record in managing HR for large-scale operations or startup environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

Location: Must be currently based and working in the Philippines.
