We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Purchasing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing and be capable of managing procurement tasks efficiently, accurately, and with strong attention to detail.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms
• Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries to ensure timely arrival of materials
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and price lists
• Coordinate with internal departments to support material requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability of critical items
• Review and analyze supplier quotations and contracts
• Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and standards

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of solid experience in purchasing or procurement
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and procurement processes
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
