Hotel Maintenance Technician, Manila

Description

Plumbing - Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in assigned site (hospital or school).
Masonry - Fabricates, alters, repairs, and maintains walls, sidewalks, street curbs, floors, bathroom and/or showers, sink counters, partitions, manholes, and other related structures or surfaces
Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing / masonry / electrical emergencies.
Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems, walls, hallway tiles etc. as directed by Bldg. Administrator
Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling and electrical work as required.
Keep accurate records of time spent working, description of work performed and materials used.
Open to do other building maintenance tasks as required
Willing to be assigned in CASA BOCOBO HOTEL
