Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage online sales channels, including company website, e-commerce platforms, and online marketplaces.

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media.

- Prepare and send quotations for standard and custom heat transfer products.

- Maintain accurate and updated product listings, descriptions, and pricing online.

- Follow up on online leads to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

- Collaborate with the technical team to address customer-specific requirements.

- Process and track online orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Monitor competitor activity and online market trends.

- Prepare online sales performance reports for management.

- Support online marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and conversions.

- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Specifications

- Preferably with experience as an Online Sales Associate or similar role.

-Familiarity with major online marketplace.

-Strong customer service and communication skills.

-Basic knowledge of sales reporting.

-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.

Proficient in using marketplace dashboards and Microsoft Office
