The Customer Service Representative (Healthcare Account) handles customer inquiries related to healthcare services such as insurance coverage, benefits, claims, appointments, and member information. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service while complying with healthcare policies and data privacy standards.


Key Responsibilities:


- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to healthcare plans and services

- Assist members with benefits, eligibility, claims, and billing concerns

- Provide information about coverage, providers, and healthcare policies

- Resolve customer concerns professionally and accurately

- Accurately document customer interactions and update records


Qualifications:

- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)

- Senior High School Graduate

- College Graduate or Undergraduate

- No work experience required

- No PO experience required

- With good communication skills
