Job Title: Customer Service Executive (International Voice Process)
We are seeking a dedicated and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Executive for an international voice process. The role involves handling customer inquiries and providing assistance over the phone. Candidates must be able to work from the office during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer concerns.
Requirements:
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Previous experience in customer service or call centers (preferred but not required).
