Description

Key Responsibility:

  • BDG  Account Receivables follow up calls to client
  • Update for every unpaid account
  • Filing of Sales Invoices for Accounting files
  • Scanning/Photocopies of invoices as requested for processing of payment
  • Tracing of payment, stamping paid Invoice
  • Follow up non performing accounts
  • Daily follow up calls for possible collection
  • Monitoring status of billing
  • Prepare week AR List and Collected Accounts
  • Filing of daily Sales Invoices
  • Tracing of payment stamping of paid invoices
  • Reply emails, update status of each account to the team and sales person
  • Occasional field visit and client visit


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy and any other business-related field.
  • FRESH GRADUATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
  • With at least 6mons experience is an advantage
  • Computer skilled, especially in Excel
  • Articulate, with analytical skills
  • Hardworking and can extend working hours
  • Keen to details and understand accounting process
  • Effective communication skills


Workdays:

Monday to Friday (7:30 am to 6:00 pm)
