Description

Plan and schedule all customers orders, ensuring they are scheduled within the lead time period
Coordinate with customers regarding the estimated time of arrival (ETAS) and delivery details prior to the scheduled
Process necessary documents, including loading arrangements for warehouse use and time-slips for delivery personnel
Monitor undelivered sales orders through the SAP system to prevent unserved orders or scheduled exceeding the lead
Coordinated with delivery drivers on scheduled-related concerns and with warehouse sections on loading-related matters.
Prepare requisitions for all pier deliveries.
Perform other tasks that may assigned to support operational needs.
