Procurement Officer, Manila

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years requirement
• Experience in Construction Company is REQUIRED
• Willing to Work in Manila
• Willing to Start ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Vendor Management: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers; build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Negotiation & Cost Control: Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and best value.
• Procurement Operations: Create purchase orders, track orders, process invoices, and manage payments.
• Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels, inspect deliveries for quality, report issues, and arrange reorders.
• Reporting & Compliance: Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure purchases comply with company policies and regulations.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (finance, warehouse, production) to understand needs and align purchasing with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with purchasing software and systems.
• Knowledge of market trends and procurement best practices.
