Uncle Bobs PH is a Philippine wellness brand specializing in premium, small-batch sea moss blends made with locally sourced Golden and Purple Sea Moss from MIMAROPA. Our mission is to make everyday wellness accessible through nutrient-dense drinks crafted fresh, sustainably, and with integrity.

As our community grows through our first kiosks, partner stores, and sampling events, we are expanding our team of customer-focused Sales Associates who can represent the brand with warmth, clarity, and confidence.

Job Summary

We are looking for proactive, energetic, and wellness-driven Sales Associates to introduce customers to Uncle Bobs products through on-site sampling, product explanation, and guided selling.

Your main responsibility is to help customers understand what sea moss is, why it benefits gut health, skin, immunity, and daily wellness, and assist them in choosing the blend that fits their goals.

This role requires genuine enthusiasm for wellness, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement & Product Sampling

• Invite customers to try on-site samples of our Sea Moss blends and drinks.
• Communicate the product story clearly what sea moss is, its nutrients, and why our MIMAROPA-sourced blends are unique.
• Guide customers in selecting blends based on taste preference, lifestyle, and wellness goals.
• Maintain a warm, premium, and professional brand presence that reflects Uncle Bobs identity.

Sales Conversion & Targets

• Meet or exceed daily sales goals during kiosk or event shifts.
• Confidently handle questions and objections (example: taste, texture, benefits, shelf life).
• Use value-based communication to highlight health benefits and product quality.
• Upsell or cross-sell when appropriate (blends, juices, bundles, promos).

Operations, Documentation & Stock Handling

• Record all sales accurately for end-of-day verification.
• Track customer interactions, sample counts, and inquiries.
• Conduct opening and closing stock counts and ensure quantities match recorded sales.
• Assist in maintaining kiosk cleanliness, cold chain standards, and display organization.
• Follow Uncle Bobs product handling guidelines (temperature logs, rotation of fresh stock, etc.).

QualificationsEducation

• High school diploma required.
• College-level or Bachelors degree is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail, food & beverage, or wellness industries.
• Experience meeting sales targets is highly preferred.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in doing active outreach (approaching customers, offering samples).
• Good at explaining products in a simple, friendly, and credible way.
• Able to handle objections and convert interest to purchase.
• Organized with strong attention to detail (important for inventory checks).

Bonus (Not Required)

• Background in health, fitness, or wellness fields.
• Familiarity with natural supplements, functional drinks, or nutrition.
• Comfort using POS, GCash, or basic digital tools.

Work Schedule

• Part-time, 34 days per week.
• Scheduling is flexible and based on your availability.
• Work may include kiosk shifts, mall activations, weekend markets, or special events.
