Aircon Installer / Technician, Manila

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all types of air-conditioning units.
• Test and inspect systems to identify issues and ensure proper operation.
• Perform preventive maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments.
• Document work performed and prepare service reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and generate needed work orders.
• Review plans/blueprints and prepare necessary tools and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and compute required A/C capacity.
• Maintain tools, follow safety standards, and keep work areas clean.
• Handle client properties professionally and work with minimal supervision.
• Follow work schedules, render overtime when needed, and maintain proper uniform.
• Promote and offer service contracts to clients to help establish long-term relationships.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least 1 year of experience in aircon installation, maintenance, or cleaning is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
• Able to work on-site and follow safety procedures
• Skilled in handling aircon tools and equipment
• Physically fit for fieldwork (lifting, climbing, etc.)
• Good communication skills and professional with clients
• Willing to learn and undergo training
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
