  • Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
  • Willing to be assigned to any branch as needed
  • Hardworking, reliable, and punctual
  • Able to work during weekends and holidays

Job Requirements

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Steak Break standards
  • Ensure food quality, portioning, and presentation
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area at all times
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Assist with chopping, marinating, and preparation of ingredients
  • Monitor and report low stock supplies
  • Properly handle kitchen equipment and maintain them in good working order
  • Coordinate with the cashier and other team members during peak hours
  • Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and shift procedures
  • Support the team in opening, mid-shift, or closing kitchen tasks
