New Change Group of Companies (NCGOC) is in need of a SITE ADMIN in a PNR Construction Site in Pandacan, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the smooth day-to-day site office operations such as collection/submission of DTR.
• Processing of Cash Advances and timely submission and release of it.
• Posting/encoding for finance and AP smooth payroll processing.
• Submission of Invoices to client, develop and maintains positive relationships and attends client meetings, when necessary.
• Responsible for updating Accommodation Stay-In and Stay-Out list
• Respond to client inquiries and complaints. Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients and follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for sorting/assisting personnel who has problem with their govt numbers (such as SSS, PHIC & HDMF).
• Issue Memo/warning letter to site personnel as per client instruction, or to those who have violated company/clients Site and Accommodation rules
• Other task that New Change Head office Team may ask to do in accordance with any site coordination activities.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related courses
• Experience in handling admin / accounting tasks in a construction site.
• Has good communication skills
• Must have at least 1 year work related experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Will report on site (Pandacan Manila)
• Preferably candidates from nearby areas
