Responsibility
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to relevant departments.
- Process requests.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Work with team members to achieve performance targets.
Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year voice account experience (required).
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) or Senior High Graduate.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with call center systems.
- Ability to work onsite and follow shifting schedules.
- 21,000 27,000 (Fixed)
