Insurance Marketing Officer, Manila

The Insurance Marketing Officer is responsible for promoting the companys insurance products, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. The role involves coordinating with clients, preparing proposals, and supporting sales initiatives to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and market insurance products to prospective clients.
• Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, fieldwork, and digital outreach.
• Conduct client meetings to assess needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and necessary documents for client onboarding.
• Maintain and update client records and follow up on pending requirements.
• Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments for client concerns.
• Participate in marketing events, job fairs, and company initiatives.
• Achieve assigned sales and performance targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related courses.
• Experience in sales, marketing, or insurance is an advantage but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
• Willing to do fieldwork when needed.
• Goal-driven, organized, and customer-focused.
