- Sales Management
- Perform the end to end sales management.
- Develop sales strategies, identify sales leads and generate new customer database.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Introduce the product and services to new customer. Meet the target requirements of client visit per month.
- Conduct a strategic and detailed sales presentation. Design and customized sales proposal and quotation according to the customers requirements.
- Customer Relationship
- Create a working relationship with key customer stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels.
- Maintain the company's existing relationships with active customers and achieve long-term connections.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Sales Analysis
- Monitor competition, economic indicators and industry trends. Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.
- Validate the quality of the customer lead and pipeline data to improve the overall data quality.
- Prepare sales stats report and comply the weekly and monthly sales status report.
