Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area, counter, and kitchen.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company policies.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stocks and reporting shortages.
Support team members during busy hours to ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and report issues to the supervisor.
Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager or team leader.
