Business Process Specialist, Manila

• Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
• Developing and maintaining databases and reorganizing data in a readable format.
• Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data.
• Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct problems.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Structure large data sets to find usable information.
• Preparing reports for the management reports and data.
• Preparing analysis reports for the management heads to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Industrial Engineer
• With at least 2 years experience in food manufacturing industry
• With background in engineering project is a plus.
• Experience in Autocad Application (2D Drafting and 3D Modeling) is an advantage.
• Can conduct line improvement and standardization
• Can do product costing
• Can use IE tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willing to travel and know how to drive is an advantage.
