Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field (Open to undergraduates)
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Real estate experience is a strong advantage
• Amenable to start immediately
• Willing to attend face-to-face interviews in Binondo, Manila

Job Responsibilities:

• Represent clients during property negotiations to secure the best possible terms and agreements
• Market properties through online listings, advertisements, and open house events
• Present and highlight property features to prospective buyers in an engaging and informative manner
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process
• Manage administrative and marketing tasks, including preparing materials, maintaining property listings, and coordinating documentation related to property sales
