Janitor, Manila

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors in hallways, offices, restrooms, and other common areas
• Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
• Refill soap, paper towels, and other restroom supplies
• Dust and clean furniture, windows, and surfaces
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
• Lock and unlock doors and perform security checks as needed
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is required
• Follow safety protocols and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience a plus
• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment and supplies
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Can start ASAP
