Dance Instructor, Manila

  Teach adult-level Funky Jazz, Hip-Hop, and other popular dance styles. ( must good ar Jazz ) 

  Create choreography tailored to music and students abilities.

  Build a positive, fun, and motivating classroom atmosphere that inspires confidence.

  Collaborate with fellow instructors and management in course planning and design.

Bachelors degree holder 

  Proficiency in dance styles of Jazz with a strong technical foundation.

  Independent choreography ability with a portfolio or video samples.

  Excellent rhythm, musicality, and stage presence.

  Passion for teaching, with strong communication skills, patience, and responsibility.

  Energetic and engaging personality that can motivate students.

Preferred Qualifications:

  Experience teaching adult dance classes.

  Familiarity with current dance and music trends.

  Additional skills in other styles (Waacking, Dancehall, Urban, etc.).

Compensation & Benefits:

  Base salary: 64K 96K month (after tax).

  Additional incentives: private class commissions + KPI bonuses.

  Accommodation: private single-room apartment near the studio.

  Work schedule: 23 classes per day (1 hour per class).

  Days off: 2 day off during (MonFri). Work on weekends. If required to work on holidays, compensatory leave will be arranged.
