Monitoring of sales quotation, sales order, tonnage, conversion rate, and top customers performance
To achieve individual target conversion rate (sales quotation - to - invoice conversion rate)
Sell the companys product and services to customers by assisting their inquiries and orders thru phone calls, emails, SMS and Viber
To achieved individual target buying accounts, maintain consistent, ordering of too accounts and key drivers to propel business growth
To achieve individual target newly opened accounts, close transaction with first time buyers and new customers to bring additional volume
To achieve individual target win - back accounts, revive inactive clients and engage to renew long - term partnership
Provide exceptional customer service to customers, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly, completely and on time
To do field and build relationship with too customers. To maximize face-to-face opportunities to win - back and open new accounts
To perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
