Brand Marketing Associate, Manila

Are you the type who can turn ideas into campaigns that click? AvantePH is looking for Brand & Marketing Associates to help grow brands in Construction & Development and FMCG (Non-Food) industries.

What Youll Do

• Bring marketing campaigns to life from planning to execution.
• Keep the brand message consistent across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with creatives, agencies, and suppliers to produce marketing materials.
• Support social media content, promotions, and community engagement.
• Assist in brand launches, events, and partnership activities.
• Do a bit of research (competitors, markets, trends) to keep the brand ahead.
• Track campaign performance and share insights for improvement.

What Were Looking For

• Graduate of Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related course.
• 13 years experience in marketing, branding, or related roles.
• Experience in construction/real estate or FMCG is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable with digital tools, social media platforms, and Canva (bonus points!).
• Creative, proactive, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: 20,000 30,000
