Description

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff in cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
Inspect work performed to ensure it meets quality standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Address guest inquiries and complaints with exceptional customer service skills.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in disinfection and sanitation processes, upholstery cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
Qualities and Traits: Strong customer service orientation paired with attention to detail.
Minimum of 2yrs. experience in any establishment.
Open for an ex-abroad applicants (GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar) etc.
Must have experience in any HOTEL establishments.
At least a High school / ALS Graduate | Vocation Graduate.
Good communications skills.
Pleasing personality.
