Description

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
Assist in menu planning and development based on seasonal ingredients.
Ensure that food is served on time and meets quality expectations.
Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Level: 13 years in a similar role
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in culinary techniques and kitchen hygiene
Skills and Competencies: Strong customer-oriented attitude
Skills and Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Skills and Competencies: Knowledge of stewarding and kitchen best practices
Minimum of 2yrs. experience in any establishment.
Open for an ex-abroad applicants (GCC countries such as Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar) etc.
Must have experience in any HOTEL establishments.
At least a High school / ALS Graduate | Vocation Graduate.
Good communications skills.
Pleasing personality.
